Ms. Annette N. McPhee is a former Language Arts Department head and a highly accomplished and experienced professional with over twenty-two (22) years of experience in the general insurance industry. Her expertise in claims management, underwriting, insurance fraud, insurance law, litigation, business, and economics has made her a highly sought-after advisor and negotiator. 

In 2015, Ms. McPhee founded Prudential Loss Adjusters Ltd., the first public loss adjusting company to be approved by the Insurance Commission of the Bahamas, which provides a non-adversarial, non-litigious approach to claims settlement.

Ms. McPhee is a passionate advocate for her clients, and continues to make a difference in the claims negotiation process by “leveling the playing field” to ensure that her clients are treated fairly and receive the maximum settlement possible for their claims. She is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), a member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA), and is actively involved in the Bahamas Insurance Association (BIA) and the Insurance Institute of the Bahamas (IIB).
