Our Principal, Ms. Annette N. McPhee, ACII

is a fifteen year veteran in the General Insurance Industry.  Formerly, she was employed as a Senior Claims Officer with a leading general insurance company in the Bahamas, where she investigated, negotiated and settled a wide range of property and casualty claims including: Motor (collision, theft, fire, personal injuries and fatalities) Marine, Travel, Home-owners and Commercial.  She has training in Claims Management, Underwriting, Insurance Fraud, Insurance Law, Litigation, Business and Economics

Ms. Mcphee has been an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) since December 2011 and in February 2016, was elevated to the status of Chartered Insurance Practitioner.

This designation is granted to qualified members who work as insurance intermediaries or loss adjusters, have attained and maintained the highest levels of professional achievement and commit to the highest standards. It is a mark of trust, is widely respected, and comes with exclusive benefits and ongoing career support.

The Chartered Insurance Institute is the premier professional body of financial services professionals. It is located in London and promotes the highest standards of integrity, technical competence and business capability.  It has over one hundred and fifteen thousand (115,000) members in more than one hundred and fifty (150) countries.

She became a member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters in May 2015. CILA, like CII operate under Royal Charter. It is an organization of individual members and sets the professional and ethical standards for those who handle losses. The Institute also enables members to obtain the highest professional qualification in claims handling.

Ms. Mcphee continues to keep abreast of current skills and knowledge by engaging in Continuous Professional Development with The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) as well as The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA). She has a passion for claims handling and is committed to “Caring for the Public”.
